Crab kimchi

Minggu lepas ahkak nonton "1 day 2 nights" channel KBS World. Ni program tv peberet kami sekeluarga... Dalam program ni, ahkak suka sekali kat si budak chomel tu... saper lagi... Lee Suenggi ler !!! Babah pulak suka dengan Kang Ho-dong tapi Ho-dong dah blah dari program tu. Iman pulak suka dengan Lee Suenggi dan Kang Hodong..... Adik Ayesha suka saper pulak? Hehehe...

Berbalik pada citer minggu lepas... Temanya "Kimchi Road" diorang (Lee Suenggi, Uhm Taewoong, Eun Jiwon, Lee Sugeun dan Kim Jongmin) ada misi mencari kimchi dari beberapa tempat. Kimchi ada 200 jenis. Banyak nyer.... Dalam banyak-banyak tu, ahkak tingin pulak nak makan "Crab Kimchi". Dalam citer ni, Jiwon ditugaskan membawa balik "crab kimchi" tu....

Ahkak terliur....... ngenches !!!

Ni hah rupa crab kimchi tu :


Ni resipi dari macit gugel. Korunk translate sendiri yek....

1 cup soy sauce
1 ginger root finely julienned
4-6 cloves garlic julienned
2 TB (or more) korean dried chili powder
4 blue crabs - you pull the bodies out of the shell (choosing them are important as many people value the "egg" or orangy insides - which are only in the females.) and leaving and cutting the body in half. Some people like to break off the smaller legs, but generally leave them whole. you want to buy them LIVE and super fresh - otherwise it doesn't taste good.

Mix the first four ingredients together. Then pour over your crabs and leave to marinate....some people like the "fresher" taste and eat after 1 day and some prefer to wait longer.

Note : Be forewarned - you want to eat the ones at restaurants made out of SEA crabs - NOT freshwater - as they often carry lots of parasites.
